The cabin had warm, rustic inviting feel to it and was very clean. The kitchen was so well equipped with extras and every appliance we would ever use. We enjoyed playing croquet, the games on the deck, and board games inside. There's no need to overpack the car with extra stuff because so much is supplied. The binder with local restaurants was helpful, we went to and liked the Italian restaurant. I liked that the doors had multiple sturdy locks. I didn't feel like my child could easy walk out or anyone could easily get in. Washer and Dryer was a big help to reduce what we had to pack. Heaters in every room is great. We also are excited that bringing our dog is a possibility in the future. While we loved the privacy of the grounds at Cozy Cabin, we also liked the convenience (and charm!) of nearby downtown Hendersonville. The cabin was lovely. It sets a high standard for cabins! No Surprises....just exactly as advertised. Absolutely spotless clean everywhere you looked!! Impressive! We didn't want for a thing right down to the toasty flannel sheets on the bed for a chilly fall night. This cozy cabin exudes charm and a true sense of tranquility. Sit on the great porch and let the song of the wind in the treetops soothe your soul. Snuggle in front of the enticing fireplace and melt into total relaxation. If these things appeal to you, then this is the place to find them. Not fancy, just homey! John and Dianne are the most considerate hosts and have done everything to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. We arrived along with the outer bands of Hurricane Sandy.....cold and very high winds. Dianne arrived right after us with huge bottles of water and filled a big bucket in the tub in the event we lost power that night. Now that's just incredibly thoughtful!
